Formatore e fondatore di fitness
Arianna è una personal trainer certificata con oltre 5 anni di esperienza nella formazione 1 a 1 dei clienti e nel coaching in classi di gruppo. È ossessionata dal benessere olistico, da tutto ciò che è peloso e dai viaggi per il mondo. Ti manterrà motivato e sorridente mentre fa le battute più sdolcinate in ogni occasione possibile.

Allenatore
Cat è una personal trainer certificata con 2 anni di esperienza nell'allenamento di gruppo. In precedenza ha allenato ginnastica per bambini, il che è appropriato perché è giocosa e divertente, il tutto pur essendo una tosta tra i pesi. Puoi contare su Cat per farti ridere, sudare e dimostrare la perfetta ruota del carro.
KELSEY DECKER
Preparatore Fitness e Istruttore di Stretching
Kelsey ha 3 anni di esperienza come personal trainer certificato e 2 anni come istruttore di stretching. Utilizzando allungamenti sia statici che mobili, ti aiuta a raggiungere più lontano e piegarti più in profondità. Conduce il nostro Stretch Live! Sessioni una volta al mese, per un'esperienza di allungamento più specifica e interattiva. I suoi video stretch su richiesta ti mantengono sciolto e agile nel mezzo.

Arianna is a Certified Personal Trainer with over 5 years of experience training clients 1-on-1 and coaching group classes. She obsesses over holistic wellness, all things furry, and world travel. She’ll keep you motivated and smiling as she cracks the corniest jokes at every possible opportunity.

Fitness Trainer
Cat is a Certified Personal Trainer with 2 years of group training experience under her belt. Previously she coached kids gymnastics, which is fitting because she is playful, and fun, all while being a badass among the weights. You can count on Cat to make you laugh, sweat, and demonstrate the perfect cartwheel.

Kelsey has 3 years of experience as a Certified Personal Trainer and 2 years as a Stretching Instructor. Utilizing both static and mobile stretches she helps you to reach further and bend deeper. She leads our Stretch Live! Sessions once every month, for more a more specific and interactive stretch experience. Her on-demand stretch videos keep you loose and limber in between.
