Arianna é uma Personal Trainer certificada com mais de 5 anos de experiência treinando clientes 1 a 1 e treinando aulas em grupo. Ela é obcecada por bem-estar holístico, todas as coisas peludas e viagens pelo mundo. Ela o manterá motivado e sorridente enquanto conta as piadas mais cafonas em todas as oportunidades possíveis.
CAT SWANSON
Instrutor de fitness
Cat é uma Personal Trainer certificada com 2 anos de experiência em treinamento em grupo. Anteriormente, ela treinou ginástica infantil, o que é adequado porque ela é brincalhona e divertida, ao mesmo tempo em que é durona entre os pesos. Você pode contar com Cat para fazer você rir, suar e demonstrar a estrela perfeita.


KELSEY DECKER
Treinador de Fitness e Instrutor de Alongamento
Kelsey tem 3 anos de experiência como Personal Trainer Certificada e 2 anos como Instrutora de Alongamento. Utilizando alongamentos estáticos e móveis, ela ajuda você a alcançar mais longe e a se curvar mais profundamente. Ela lidera nosso Stretch Live! Sessões uma vez por mês, para uma experiência de alongamento mais específica e interativa. Seus vídeos alongados sob demanda mantêm você solto e ágil no meio.
BECCA JORGE
Instrutor de fitness
Becca é uma Personal Trainer certificada com mais de 5 anos de experiência na área. Eles a chamam de “O Martelo” e por um bom motivo; ela é uma força, dura, mas justa. Com ela ao seu lado, você pode alcançar todos os seus objetivos!


KELSIE HILL
Nutricionista Registrado
Kelsie se formou na Universidade de Nevada, Reno, com seu Bacharelado em Nutrição e Dietética. Com um desejo genuíno de ajudar os outros a entender a melhor forma de alimentar e cuidar de seus corpos, Kelsie (e seu filhote, Lorenzo) completam perfeitamente a abordagem holística da equipe HIIT36!

Cat is a Certified Personal Trainer with 2 years of group training experience under her belt. Previously she coached kids gymnastics, which is fitting because she is playful, and fun, all while being a badass among the weights. You can count on Cat to make you laugh, sweat, and demonstrate the perfect cartwheel.

KELSEY DECKER
Fitness Trainer & Stretching Instructor
Kelsey has 3 years of experience as a Certified Personal Trainer and 2 years as a Stretching Instructor. Utilizing both static and mobile stretches she helps you to reach further and bend deeper. She leads our Stretch Live! Sessions once every month, for more a more specific and interactive stretch experience. Her on-demand stretch videos keep you loose and limber in between.
